The heat embossed is to use magnetic field of high frequency to make intermolecular collisions then produce high temperature and steady, makes fabrics soften and molten, to get welding purpose.
2. Features
High frequency heat embossed is suitable to apply on thicker material and the thicker the effect is better, so 3D totem effect is better than regular heat embossed.
Totems can be customized according to customer's requirements. For example of Quilting, general produce by stitching, but it also can be done with frequency heat embossed to present different Quilting style.
High frequency heat embossed is suitable to apply on thick structural film material, bonding material by heat, welding positioning accuracy, good adhesion, flat and no wrinkles.
